A Story of Calling, Courage, and Compassion

About us

The story of Be Made Whole Ministries begins with a divine calling that would not be silenced. After 21 years of faithful military service that took them around the world, Julia and Jeremy Gibbs found themselves in Auburn, Alabama, carrying more than just their belongings—they carried a strategic call from the Lord to build something unprecedented:

An intensive healing ministry where body, soul, and spirit could be made whole through Jesus Christ.

Jeremy's Background

Jeremy's military background in leadership and aviation reflects his natural ability to guide others through complex terrain—whether navigating the skies or the intricate pathways of the human heart. His passion for the development and healing of men and their families stems from his own journey of discovering what it means to be fully known and fully loved by God.

The Vision Unfolds

Together, Julia and Jeremy recognized that pain often happens within relationships, and God has designed healing to take place within relationships as well. This revelation became the cornerstone of their ministry philosophy: that Christ never intended us to walk through brokenness in isolation.

They envisioned a place where the wounded could come not just for professional help, but for genuine community, spiritual restoration, and the kind of deep healing that only comes through encountering the presence of Jesus.

The City of Refuge Concept

Drawing inspiration from the biblical Cities of Refuge described in Numbers 35 and Joshua 20, Julia and Jeremy understood that God was calling them to create a modern-day sanctuary.

Just as those ancient cities provided safety for the accused and broken, Be Made Whole Ministries would offer a place where people could run without fear of condemnation, finding protection, justice, and ultimately, reconciliation under the covering of God's love.
